AmeriCorps VISTA

We appreciate AmeriCorps support through the Southwest Prevention AmeriCorps VISTA project! 

AmeriCorps VISTA's are full-time volunteer workers dedicated to helping various community organizations and public agencies create and expand programs that address community specific problems with the ultimate end goal of helping eradicate poverty. In Southern Utah, AmeriCorps VISTAs have been helping tackle the opioid epidemic, along with other drug related issues. Our AmeriCorps VISTAs have helped raise community awareness, implement strategies, and build capacity.
