Professional:
I have worked for SW for two years as a Prevention Specialist, I am the Coalition Coordinator for Escalante Prevention Coalition, I also have a Youth Coalition and I am the Hope Squad advisor. Throughout my time in Prevention, I have had the opportunity to take several pieces of training, NCA, SAPSTS, QPR, Guiding Good Choices, Prevention Skills, Mental Health First Aid, among many others. I live in a very rural community, the resources that I have been able to bring have been a blessing to the community members.

Hello! My name is Heather, I grew up in Escalante, Ut population 800! I graduated High School, went to St George, Ut to complete my Cosmetology license. I met my husband while I was there, we stayed in St George for several years and soon had the opportunity to move back to Escalante so my husband could pursue his law enforcement carrier! We have 4 awesome kiddo’s, one boy and three girls! We have had the opportunity to raise one of them as our own, she has been a perfect match to our wild family! We live on a Ranch, our children are the 6th generation to grow up on the Lizard Ranch, we have 33 head of horses, 88 head of cattle 25 sheep, 2 pot bellies, and many other farm animals! My motto has been what can one more hurt! I spend more time than I should in the Gym with sports teams, I have Coached two different teams for over four years, I love my time with the girls and am willing to do almost anything for the teams, it has been the best four years of my life so far. I feel very blessed to be able to live in some of the most beautiful country in the world it’s literally “God’s Country”!
