Lizzie Bradshaw

Professional:

Lizzie decide to go back to school and finish her Bachelor's degree. She received her Bachelor's degree in the summer of 2021 while having a full time job and being a full time mom. She worked at a girl's home for 2.5 years and she has been around those girls who struggle with suicide ideations and self-harm. This is why she become passionate about wanting to help youth find their self-worth and helping them with their emotions and how to overcome suicide thoughts.

Hobbies:
  • I love to sleep; I don't know if it counts as a hobby but sleeping for sure is one of my favorite things to do.
  • I love spending time with my girls, going shopping, swimming, anything I can do with my girls I will 100% love doing.
  • I like to bake when I have free time. I might have a small shopping addiction but having 5 girls makes it so easy to have that problem.
  • Reading/listening a good love story is one for my favorite things to do.

Personal:

I was born in Vegas and I was raised in South America. We ended up in Milford, Utah for work for my dad. I graduated form Milford High School is 2009 and then I started college at SUU, that is where I meet my husband and we got married in the summer of 2010. He then graduated college and become a teacher and that's how we came back to Beaver. You marry a Beaver boy they always bring you back home. We have lived here with our five girls for about six years.
Why prevention:

I think that trying to prevent drug use and suicide are one in the same. So being part of prevention and working with the community makes it so its so we can lower both drugs/alcohol and suicide.
